An owner deserves to see their home before it is built
For twenty-five years we have designed the homes and buildings of Jeddah. More than four thousand architectural designs have left our office, from family villas to commercial and administrative buildings.
We believe an owner deserves to see their home before it is built. That is why we have designed in BIM since 2005, and why our clients can walk through their design in virtual reality before a single stone is laid.
Our work does not stop at drawings: we secure permits through the Balady platform and supervise construction through to handover.

From first idea to handover
We design with you step by step, and you see every decision before it is built.
We listen
We go through your needs and wishes with you, and look at earlier designs to build an idea that suits you.
You walk through your home first
We design with you over as many as 10 sessions, in the office or online, and you walk through the building in virtual reality as it is designed.
You approve the design
After each session you receive the latest drawings, and once they match what you imagined we approve the preliminary project.
We complete the drawings
Full working drawings for architecture, structure, electrics and plumbing, with quantity schedules.
We secure the permit
We handle your building permit on Balady, from application to approval.
We supervise through to handover
We follow construction in detail and report regularly until the project is handed over.
