Our story
Twenty-five years of design
For twenty-five years we have designed the homes and buildings of Jeddah. More than four thousand architectural designs have left our office, from family villas to commercial and administrative buildings.
We believe an owner deserves to see their home before it is built. That is why we have designed in BIM since 2005, and why our clients can walk through their design in virtual reality before a single stone is laid.
Our work does not stop at drawings: we secure permits through the Balady platform and supervise construction through to handover.
Vision
Our vision
Every owner in Saudi Arabia able to see and walk through their building before construction begins.

Technology
Designing in virtual reality
We use the technology of our time and follow what is new in architecture. Today we design interactively in virtual reality, so you can walk through every corner of your home.
We have worked in BIM since 2005, because it makes decisions clearer and construction more accurate.
Our values
What we hold to
Precision
Every dimension and detail matters. A mistake on paper costs less than one on site.
Transparency
We explain costs and procedures from the start, and give honest advice even when it isn't what the client expects.
Innovation
We use VR and BIM because they make decisions clearer and construction more accurate.
Partnership
We listen, discuss and revise with the client patiently, until the design matches what they imagined.
