A modern villa on a 340 sqm plot in north Jeddah

This modern villa was designed for a site in the north of Jeddah, and it is one of the designs of consulting architect Yahya Al-Salmani at Modern Design.

The plot is only 340 square metres, and many architects might find it hard to achieve a refined architectural design that meets every need and has high architectural value.

The design is built on open architectural spaces, sunlight flowing into every corner of the home, the visual depth of the spaces and their visual link to the outside, and acoustic depth and the effect of water running down the walls that adjoin the neighbours. The architect took care that the exterior should have an original, modern design.

Location and interior design

The villa has a strategic location in the Al Basateen district of Jeddah, close to essential services and facilities, which makes it suitable for families looking for comfort and ease. The area is known for its quiet and cleanliness, and it offers easy access to main roads such as King Road, which makes it easy to reach the city centre or any other part of Jeddah.

The interior design of the villa focuses on open, comfortable living spaces, with modern, elegant decorative details. Natural materials such as stone and wood give the home warmth and luxury, while large windows ensure a flow of natural light and good ventilation. In addition, the outdoor spaces are designed as an extension of the inside, with outdoor seating in the garden or on the terrace overlooking beautiful natural views.
