A restaurant and café complex with a 1,000 sqm eastern restaurant

The culture of living communities changes and develops, and the culture of food and leisure, and of sharing happy moments with family and friends over food or coffee, has developed with it. Architects have played a prominent part in rooting this culture.

At Modern Design we have designed interiors for modern restaurants and coffee shops, and many international, Arab and traditional restaurants with modern architectural ideas and decoration. We have designed the decoration of a women's coffee shop, and our projects in this field range from large modern restaurants to simple, small ones. We have also designed family coffee shops and many drive-through coffee shops.

This commercial complex is one of our works from 2019. It holds many upscale international restaurants and cafés, in addition to a luxurious eastern restaurant of 1,000 square metres.

This project is one of the works of the Saudi architect Yahya Al-Salmani at Modern Design in Jeddah. The architect's idea centred on creating an architectural landmark different from the prevailing pattern, and on making use of the mild night climate by providing open outdoor seating with beautiful views.
