We also have the sketch reviewed by the competent authorities to ensure it complies with the planning and legal standards and conditions.

We convert traditional paper title deeds to electronic title deeds through an experienced team dedicated to this work, to ensure accuracy and speed of completion, using modern surveying instruments and advanced engineering software.
Approval of the sketch by the competent authorities
As a classified and accredited engineering office, we provide services for having the sketch approved by the competent authorities and the relevant municipalities.
Important data for updating to an electronic title deed
A valid title deed
The first step in updating a title deed electronically is to check that the current deed is valid and in force. You must make sure the deed has no legal problems that would hinder the update.
A deed not previously registered
The data required includes confirming that the deed has not already been registered in the electronic real estate records system. This means checking the relevant database to ensure there is no earlier registration of the deed.
Consistent deed data
The data entered during the update must match what appears in the attached images of the deed. This includes checking the names, numbers and other details relating to the property.
Matching property data
The property data must match what appears in the deed or in the letter issued by the municipality or the competent authority. The names, numbers and details must be checked to ensure a complete match.
Data required to update the deed
- City name: state the name of the city where the property is located.
- District name: state the name of the district or area where the property is located.
